A poor environment (e.eg. a hot, stuffy room and other people kept entering the room to use the printer. For example in a doctor and patient situation, the doctor could ensure that he opens the windows in the room before the patient comes in to prevent it from being hot and stuffy. Also they could see about changing rooms if possible to stop people from coming in to use the printer or they could move the printer into a different room and also maybe swapping the room the meeting is in into a larger room. If the doctor were to open the windows before the patient came in the room, it would allow the stuffiness to leave the room and allow fresh air to both the doctor and the patient; this may help the patient feel more comfortable rather than feeling hot and under pressure and Having a good ventilation will mean that more and more people will concentrate for the better as well as enjoying it too. All general practices, schools and hospitals should have ventilation to make the room...
